First Wednesday of the month means Speedwork! YHC drove past the HS track pre-BD and saw it was locked up, so off to the middle school we went.

2 x 1200m - Somewhere between a 10k and 5k pace. 400m recovery lap after each set.
4 x 200m - Sub 5k pace. Appreciate Avis keeping me honest on those.
Great combo workout for some endurance and speed.
