Preamble:

With Form Check Friday AND a special workout in the offing, YHC was feeling all serene and ready to give the folks what they needed - limber limbs.....With a veteran crew, did the shortened disclaimer and off we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

10 each of weedpickers, hillbillies, Moroccan nightclubs, and SSH's. Mosey to the Towne Center.

The Thang:

  1. Partner up for a Dora with 100 HR mercans, 200 groiners, 300 jump squats. Each non-exerciser dude did a lap around the circle. Mary for the 6. Mosey to the movie theater parking lot.
  2. 7's with Drydocks on the near side, run to the far side, then Monkey humpers, Bernie Sanders on the return. Imperial Walker for the 6. Mosey to the flag
  3. 15 minutes of yoga - Yes, in a spirit of mindfulness, openness, and peacefulness, we worked through forward bends, tree pose, side bends, warrior 1/2/3, forward quad/hamstring/gatelock stretches, pigeons, figure 4's, seated bends, splits, seated twists, lying figure 4's, and lying hamstring stretches.    AND THAT WAS TIME
