Counting to 5

The Thang:

Since we hadn't done sprints in a whole week, we decided we needed some more. But as always, we started with a wave. This time, counting down. To keep things simple, the entire BD was only counting down from and up to 5. So it goes like this:
  1. Wave of shoulder taps, counting down from 5. PAX all wait in plank position and each in their turn does 5, then 4, etc.
  2. 5 sprints across the parking lot. After each sprint, do increasing amount of merkins (1 merkin after the first sprint, 2 after the second, and so on). Walk back to starting point to rest between sprints.
  3. Repeat step 1, but with mountain climbers
  4. Repeat step 2
  5. Repeat step 1, but with plank jacks
