Preamble:

Halloween morning where the kids have visions of Snickers bars dancing in their heads. Later they will be bouncing off the wall! Callahan showed up in his pink pig outfit!  A sight to behold!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey down to the softball lot by fields 6-7.
  • Copperhead Squats
  • SSH
  • Inch Worm
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Weed Pickers
 

The Thang:

Up at The Arena (is that what we are calling it now?) we set up for an AMRAP to failure workout.  The total number is not important. Today it is about form and pushing your limits. A nice Halloween theme playlist to go with the Halloween theme. First exercise is Split Squat. Make them deep  and go to muscle near failure on both sides the run a lap. The two more times. Next was the Hamstring Walkout. Start on your back with heels tight to your butt. Lift your butt off the ground and walk out your heels until your legs are straight. Then back in. Run a lap.  One more set. Next the Bodies hit the floor! While Bodies by Drowning Pool plays hold plank. Every time the bodies hit the floor perform a hand release Merkin. Every time they count do a Donkey Kick. All while holding plank. Run a lap.  Then a set of Derkins. Run a lap. Time was up quickly so mosey back to the flag.   During the workout we had F3 trivia for the Mission Statement and the 5 Core Principles. Also during the workout we had Halloween Trivia.  My recommendation, don't get in a trivia contest against Cam's!
