It was raining. We stayed dry by meeting up under the awning at the Regal cinema. No movies were hurt during this workout, though we did scare the bejeezus out of some cleaning guys that came out at about 5:45.Warm-O-Rama:
- SSH – 20 reps
- Imperial Walkers – 15 reps
- Weed Pickers– 15 reps
- Squats
- Arm Circles & Shoulder Taps – 10 each
- Windmills
The Thang:
1. EMOM – 10 min
- 10 Merkins
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 LBCs
(Rest for the remainder of the minute, repeat for 10 minutes)
2. Partner Dora
- 100 Flutter Kicks (Single count, partner holds 6 inches)
- 100 Hand-Release Merkins (Partner holds plank)
- 100 Lunges (Single count, partner holds wall sit)
3. 15-Minute AMRAP
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Carolina Dry Docks
- 15 Big Boy Sit-ups
- 20 Step-back Lunges (single count)

- 10 Plank Jacks
- 10 Shoulder Taps (alpha count)
