Warm-O-Rama:
SSH, weed pickers, windmills, imperial walkers, then up and down the stadium a few times to feel the breeze.
The Thang:
'Round the parking lot we go! Every sixth stripe, 10 overhead press. On the way back, 10 curls. At each corner, various exercises for 25 reps. Rinse & repeat with squats and calf raises.
Thang 2:
Back to our spot in the parking lot where we set up some tunes. 10 mike tysons, 10 blockees, 10 lunges, and 10 cinder swings. Rinse and repeat.
Mary:
Called various exercises until time: American Hammers, leg raises, flutter kicks, low plank, LBCs, big boys, freddy mercs, etc.
Last but not least, the flag fell due to the strong winds... 5 burpees!
