Preamble:

It was a beautiful morning, temps in the mid 60’s and not a cloud in the sky. If all days could be like this – a great day for a beatdown.

Sleeper hit the parking lot on 2 wheels at 7:02am with the radio blaring in his yellow jeep that had the doors removed. Definite style points for Sleeper today on his entrance.

The Thang:

Mosey to picnic tables for 10/20/30/40:

5 x 10 box jumps, 20 x merkins, 30 x squats, 40x low leg raises followed by a Lap.  Plank while waiting for the 6 after each Lap

Mosey to school entrance

Mary: 15 x H2H, 15 x LBC, 15 x ABC, 15 x Low flutter & 15 x box cutter

Mosey to picnic table for 11’s –  step ups/derkins

Mosey to parking lot:
15 yd bear crawl/crab walk  repeats with 1/5 HR Burpees and 5/1 8 ct Bodybuilders at each end

Partnerup – 3 x  partner run to street, while other partner does an Al Gore.
