The Thang:

Mosey off to the baseball fields for modified DORA, but first some partner wheelbarrows up the stairs, switch and back down. That helped shake the rust YHC’s first Q in a while.
With an odd number of pax, odd man out planked…
Up the stairs for some modified DORA, 10 sets of the following
10 Merkins, run to the bleachers
20 LBCs, run past concession stand
30 Squats, run all the way back
