Ahh, a perfect fall morning for a VQ. 55 degrees, no rain, and 18 PAX; that’s what’s up.

Prerunners went out…early…most likely with the premonition that there wouldn’t be much Mosey in this morning’s BD.

Mosied (Moseyed? Moist? We’ll go with Mosied) around the parking lot for the stragglers, then over to run through a quick series of Side-Straddle Hops, Windmills, Moroccan Night Clubs.

Mosied back to the bottom of the grassy knoll upon which the flags are set. First up: a set of leg-burning Elevens with Burpees at the bottom and Monkey Humpers at the top. Plank for the Six. Then, rinse, modify, and repeat with a second set of Elevens with Merkins at the bottom and Big Boy Sit-Ups at the top. This time, mosey around the lot for the Six.

Next up: 2 rounds of a modified Conveyor Belt. So, we Mosied back to the parking lot where the PAX split up into 5 groups stationed at every 3rd parking spot. To start, Station 1 did normal Merkins, Station 2-Wide Merkins, Station 3-Diamonds, Station 4-Staggered Merkins, Station 5-Staggered Merkins. The PAX Bearcrawled between Stations 1 through 5, then ran from Station 5 back to Station 1.

Then, we did 1 round of a Reverse Conveyor Belt. Started in the same stations, but Crawlbeared backward Stations 5 through 1, and ran to Station 5. This time was legs: Station 1-Squats, Station 2-Bonnie Blairs, Station 3-Lunges, Station 4-Monkey Humpers, Station 5-Squats.

Finally, we did a short Mosey back to the Flags for 5 minutes of Mary.
