Preamble:
Here we go…the first semiannual norsemen PT test. YHC EH’d a FNG and thought that I was going to be going slow with him and then he took off…
Warm-O-Rama:
No warmup as we jumped right into the PT test.
The Thang:
Mosey to the play ground for 25 pull-ups. Mosey to the end of the park by Kings Ridge for 50 Burpees. Head over to “the Hill” 100 merkins. Back up the hill to the Burpee spot 50 more burpees. Back to the play ground for 25 more pull ups and then back to the flag.
COT:
Prayers for DontChaKnow’s wife as she is traveling for work.
