Cherokee Run to First Atlanta Church of Christ – PAX split into 2 groups for the run

Four Corner SPAM Run:

Partner up.
At each of the four corners of the parking lot that wraps the church an exercise is performed.
First corner – Squats
Second corner – Peter Parkers
Third Corner – American Hammer
Fourth Corner – Merkins
Partner 1 runs from first corner to second corner and does Peter Parkers whilst Partner 2 does 25 Squats at first corner. Partner 2 runs to second corner and Partner 1 now runs to third corner for American Hammer while Partner 2 does 25 Peter Parkers, etc. Repeat the sequence for 2 laps around the perimeter of the parking lot.
