Fun with Pyramids

Preamble:
Your Q received a note in his news feed about using pyramids to enhance your workout and thought it would be “fun” to share his new knowledge with the Pax. I hope the Pax enjoyed the beat down.
Warm-O-Rama:
2 sets (10 x ssh, 10 x Imp Walker, 10 x MTN climber at a rapid pace)
That’s enough warm up, let the fun begin.
The Thang:
The Pyramid – 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 Low leg lifts & 100 Hand release burpees
Pyramid from 1 merkin, 2 squats, 3 low leg lifts and 1 hand release burpee up to 10/20/30/10 back down to 1/2/3/1.
Quick mosey between sets going a longer distance between sets up to 10 and then retracing our steps back to 1
The next pyramid we did not finish. We only completed sets 2/4/6/8 of dips, box jumps and bench crunches then runningĀ 2 x 25 yds sprints in between sets to cleanse our palates.
COT:
CIA missed the COT so his wife could teach a Body Pump class. This lead to much speculation by the Pax about what exactly a Body Pump class was all about.
No other announcements at COT.
Suds took the flag.
