Solo pre-runner today (nice work Hanson!) and a nice turnout now that the Windjammer is official!

Mosey around the parking lot with some high knees, karaoke, but kickers, karaoke the other way back to the flag.

The Thang:

I readily admitted that I wasn’t sure what I was going to do this morning to kick things off, but did promise Walkie Talkie that we’d do Monkey Humpers.  He didn’t show, so we did them anyway.  Don’t worry Walkie Talkie, we’ll bring them back next time around 🙂

I wanted to try out the grassy area next to the tennis courts to see what we could do.  My idea wasn’t the greatest, but now I have some ideas for next time. So count that as a win.

Next I thought we’d run to the sports park, but saw an appealing pile of coupons by the damn, so we stopped for a Dora

Partnered up for a Dora with runs halfway across the dam (first run was too far, so we modified):

• 250 Skull Crushers
• 200 Rows

Mosey back to the flag for some Mary:

Congrats to Milli Vanilli and his M celebrating 11 years of marriage today.

Kudos to Hokie for making it back out for a second beatdown.  (You’re a regular now, keep it up!)

Naked-Man Moleskin:

It’s great to see a neighborhood workout turn into an official AO.  The neighborhood guys became regulars during that time, but now that it’s official we found a couple others nearby that are looking to join in.  Hopefully we keep the numbers up and keep pushing each other.  I know I enjoyed the camaraderie and push.
