14 early riser fought the beast of cooler weather and a warm fartsack to enjoy a coupon de jeur beatdown with a modified burpee EMOM courtesy of Greenwood (5 burpees every 5 min from start to finish – it was a nice break throughout the engagement)

– Mosey to track, jail break 100m to coupon gate
– Grab coupon, space out
– 10x Thrusters
– 10x Kettlebell Swings
– Run to other corner of track with the track extension
– 10x Drydock crabs

– Jail break up hill on Vanderlyn to DHS parking lot
– Mosey home, around the school on Vermack
