Full Body Parking Lot Extravaganza

Preamble:

YHC had attempted to Q the shiny new AO a few weeks prior; however, it happened to be fall break that week so only Snowman showed up that day. Today is YHC’s redo. YHC made sure the PAX got their money’s worth.

We missed Whiz, but go eagle…I guess 🙂

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the ever-famous coupon pile. Grab a stretching coupon. Circle up. Set recently selected coupon to the side. SSH IC. Sungods IC. Now grab coupon and use it to make the following stretches THAT much better… Weed Pickers, Good Mornings, Side-to-side-thing (has a name, cant remember).

Return coupons. Mosey over to the CrossFit gym (LOL, so sad) and back to lower upper parking lot. You know, the one just below the upper parking lot but not so far into the AO that it should be considered “lower” parking lot…where the dog lady parks…speaking of dog lady, that was a close call today boys.

The Thang:

Bone-the-fish down the length of the lower upper parking lot. Plank for six. Now Contra Burpee Broadjumps back down the length. Ended up completing 91-105 merkins here.

Mosey on down to the middle parking lot. Bone-the-fish down the length of this one. Peoples chair for six. That was a long a** parking lot so lets catch our breath with some…..SPEED HUMPERS…circle up, 90, no 60, seconds AMRAP monkey humpers. (Dog lady rounds the corner at 59.9 seconds…close call). Breaths sufficiently caught, we lined up for a modified version of Conveyor Belt. (This was fun, look it up on the exicon).

Mosey back, the weird way, to the lower upper parking lot and circle up on our sixes for ab work. AMRAP various ab exercises while sets of two pax race to the end of the parking lot and back.

COT:

Plank for 30 seconds. Few quick merkins to be safe. Time.

Praise for healthy families. Thundermeat tomorrow afternoon. The Storm tomorrow morning.
