Spring Break Bro-kins

Preamble:
Lighter numbers today for a Spring Break crowd. Not a ton of planning for this but lets see how it goes.
Warm-O-Rama:
Moseyed up to the pool building for some:
- SSH
- Weed Pickers
- Plank Jacks
- Extended planking
- Hillbillies
The Thang:
From there we partnered up for some laps/Bro-kins. Partner A runs one direction around the pool building/lots; Partner B runs opposite direction. When they meet = 15 Bro-kins. Rinse and repeat until we hit 90 Bro-kins.
Over the the football field for Captain Thor: 1 Big Boy x 4 Hammers all the way to 10 x 40. Amazing how much groaning that creates.
Time left for some crab walk catch me if you can. Partner A begins crab-walking the field 50 yard perimeter; Partner B does 5 Diamonds then bear crawls to catch his partner. Then they switch.
Just enough time to head back to flag with some forward/backward mosey and a couple rounds of Mary.

Prayers for Stroller and his family who lost his father over the weekend. Sorry for your loss brother.
