Flipping in the Rain

Preamble:

4 pax for a pre-ruck

Warm-O-Rama:

All in cadence
SSH x 15
Don Quixote x 10
Bear hugs x 10
Low slow squats x 10
Seal claps x 10

roll the tires to the traffic circle

The Thang:

YHC rounded up 4 tractor tires (thanks Sparky)
set 2 tires in the small inner circle
2 tires in the outside road circle
divided into 3 groups

2 groups do Tire flips around the outside circle (squats and lunges while waiting)
1 group does Farmer carries around the inside circle (LBC/Flutter Kicks/Ankle Grabbers while waiting)

Swap spots after all pax have had a chance to flip

all groups to big circle for rotational tire flips – 1 pax does 3 flips while others wait

after one full lap, continue but 1 pax runs around the circle while one pax flips and one rests
extra credit for big splashes in the puddles
continue until time
roll tires back to the flag

COT:

mosey over to the covered area to escape the rain
