Preamble:
A Q was needed. I grabbed it. Iron PAX provided the painful idea.
Warm-O-Rama:
Parade lap around the parking lot and circle for:
- SSH
- Weed Pickers
- Imperial Walkers
Grab a girlfriend and head to the top of Mount Caney.
The Thang:
Iron PAX 2020 week 2:
Wheel of Misfortune
- Start with a lap of the top of Mount Caney
- 10 Thrusters
- Rifle Carry GF to the other side concrete pad
- Perform 25 reps of exercise (6 in all)
- After each 25 rep exercise return to the other side with a rifle carry for 10 Thrusters then return for the next exercise.. Always with a rifle carry
- End with 10 Thrusters after all 6 exercises
The six exercises:
- Derkins
- Blockies (Burpees with the GF)
- Weighted Squats
- Kettlebell swings
- Overhead Press
- Alpos (Stand vertical and pull GF to chin)
