PAX (6): Pothole, Nacho Libre, Bandwagon, Rattletrap, Chevy, Ha-ha

Preamble:

A Q was needed. I grabbed it. Iron PAX provided the painful idea.

Warm-O-Rama:

Parade lap around the parking lot and circle for:

  • SSH
  • Weed Pickers
  • Imperial Walkers

Grab a girlfriend and head to the top of Mount Caney.

The Thang:

Iron PAX 2020 week 2:

Wheel of Misfortune

  • Start with a lap of the top of Mount Caney
  • 10 Thrusters
  • Rifle Carry GF to the other side concrete pad
  • Perform 25 reps of exercise (6 in all)
  • After each 25 rep exercise return to the other side with a rifle carry for 10 Thrusters then return for the next exercise.. Always with a rifle carry
  • End with 10 Thrusters after all 6 exercises

The six exercises:

  1. Derkins
  2. Blockies (Burpees with the GF)
  3. Weighted Squats
  4. Kettlebell swings
  5. Overhead Press
  6. Alpos (Stand vertical and pull GF to chin)
