Nuthin’ but a G Thang–        Flutters

Hey Ya –                                 Group SSH & Burpees on “Hey Ya!”; we shook it like a Polaroid picture with some Imperial Walkers

We cut G-Thang short so we could double line Indian Run to the lake to do a short round of Mary with the sunrise view only found at Windjammer; followed by a slow mosey back to the flag. Nice work!

@Stu & @Cookie reminded us all how quickly medical emergencies can happen and encouraged the Pax to sharpen our Heimlich & Defibrillator skills just in case we ever need to serve someone in need.
