Line up on baseline. Throw frisbee, tell group how to get there and what to do when you get there.

Decent warmup but heard Stoller yelling he wanted more pain so I stopped it early and headed to the flag to grab some oversized cinders!

The Thang:

Separate out Bunyan and Brownie as a group and Laces and Bo knows. The rest of us counted off in groups of 3. Put xlcinders overhead and walk to field of pain. Once arms got tired hand to teamate.

Little competition to get the blood flowin. Blockie throw up to marker and back. I told them groups of 2 should not win cuz they are obviosly going to have to do more work. First group up and back 6 times wins! A little confusion over who won so we had another race where each group member rotated blockie throws. I’m not sure who won that either but it was good competition.

I looked over once and saw Scartchoffs cinder stick in the ground when he was hoping for a roll and his face looked like a kid who got told no desert until you finish your green beans!

Same groups and one runs stairs, one does big boys, and one does xlcinder benchpress on bleachers.

Cut that a little short cuz too easy for these studs. Mosey to the field for bear crawl Indian run. Didn’t think it through cuz I had to bear crawl to the front last and it almost made me cry!

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Was yelling Spandex famous saying “If you can’t do it, don’t Q it” on mosey back to flag. Only saying it cuz almost didn’t survive my own Q.

Layed a little truth nugget on the group telling them I never expected life to be quite as difficult as it is. Struggling in many areas but I know my heart is with Christ and he will guide me through all situations. Recent sermon by Louie Giglio called “life is hard, God is good” spoke to me and been trying to lean on my faith in all situations. 1 Peter 3:13-17 been speaking to me lately so quoted it for the crew and prayed us out.
