Crabby Walkie

Preamble:

YHC rolled his ankle the day before so it was announced today would be a low mosey beatdown.  Bring your gloves and cinders.  It turned out quite crabby.  3 pre-ruckers beat the fartsack which included Milli Vanilli who had to scoot before the beatdown.  10 PAX would set off into the gloom at 6AM.  Welcome Downrange Anchorman from Knoxville.

Warm-O-Rama:

Head to the lake for SSH, Hillbillies, Grass Grabbers & Bat Wings.  Indian Run double stack back to the parking lot for the main event.

The Thang:

On a white board the following routine was introduced.  Similar to 12 days of Christmas, you complete the 1st thing which was a crab walk, then 2nd thing crab walk, etc.

• 1 Crab Walk (forward there, reverse back)
• 5 Burpees
• 10 Merkins
• 15 Overhead Press w/cinder
• 20 Big Boy Situps
• 25 Diamond Merkins
• 30 Freddie Mercury
• 35 Curls w/cinder
• 40 American Hammer
• 45 LBC
• 50 Bonus Q Surprise

YHC had to pull a slight audible after hearing the groans of the PAX doing super long crabwalks.   It was announced that the PAX could run a lap every other time instead of crab walks.  3 minutes till, we had to call it a day before getting to the Bonus 50.  Will save that for next time.  Back to the flag for COT with no time for Mary.

COT:

Prayers for NRA’s uncle and his health scare.  Prayers for False Start’s family as they travel up to Jersey without him today. Praise to this group for continuing to accelerate!  Announcement:  last day for Friday fishing this Friday, come out and join.
