Preamble:

There once was a man named Dumpster,

Who was up all night on the can,

A Q he was not,

For he sat on the pot,

But still three Qs stepped in for this Man.

Early morning run was the key.

They aligned on a plan,

And believed that they can,

And delivered a helluva beatedown if you ask me.

Warm-O-Rama:

We strolled on down to the spot,

The Thang:

The thang was led by three Q’s,

All adorned with fresh legs and stink shoes,

First Q was inseam and up the hill he led,

To tennis courts just past the shed,

He had us do four corners of stuff, (side straddle hop silent count, merkins, BBSUs, squats)

But added burpee worm and that was enough,

Then Crab Cake led us away,

To the soccer field to do what he may,

Did some stuff on the sideline, crossed over while howling,

But left many pax a scowling,

I then took the charge, to lead the pack with an indian run,

We were in a hurry to finish before the sun,

We moseyed around the bean, with steps ups and dips,

Then ended with below with Maries and chaffed nips.
