Happy Paczki Day!

Preamble:

14 PAX came out for a Paczki Day beatdown.

Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:

PAX started at the wall for some Balls-To-The-Wall.  PAX partnered up and took turns holding an airchair/Al Gore while their partner did a BTTW for 1 minute.  Switch and then rinsed and repeated for a 2nd minute.

Over to the Hill of Dreams for a little Burpback Mountain

Partners took turns running up the hill backwards and down frontwards while the did burpees until they reached a combined 100.

Next to the Field of Dreams for a Bear Crawl 1-2-3

Partners took turns bear crawling from the first base line to the pitchers mound and crawl bearing back, while the partner completed the following exercises:

• 100 Merkins
• 200 LBCs
• 300 Squats

Just enough time for a five corner escalator.  Ran around the field stopping at five corners to complete:

• 10 Merkins
• 20 Squats
• 30 Mountain Climbers
• 40 LBCs
• 50 SSHs

COT:

• Prayers for Lumbergh’s father and as he is in the  hospital dealing with a medical.  Prayers for healing and peace for he and his family.
• Prayers for our brother Thrasher from Cherokee dealing with cancer.  May MD Anderson work a miracle.
• Prayers for everyone in Ukraine.  Prayers for a quick and peaceful end.

Ended with everyone partaking in a Paczki.
