Party of Two

Preamble:

With little to no Slack chatter outside of those saying they WOULDN’T be there, we had a pretty solid idea it was gonna be a light attendance day…

Warm-O-Rama:

2 PAX met for 60mins Pre-ruck, 1 PAX for 30mins Pre-run. Arriving at the flag it was confirmed we were it for the day. In fact, 1 of the 3 had to jet before the BD. Good thing was, by the end of it all having spent two hours together, Caffey and i got to know each other a little better; for better or for worse 🙂

warmup – mosey around the grounds a bit, stopped somewhere in Milton HS parking lot for a traditional warmup of SSH, Merkans, Arm circles, and Covids.

The Thang:

Simple and effective: Each to perform the rep totals as follows:

50 burpees

run 1 mile

100 burpees

run 1 mile

end with 50 more burpees at the flag

Thoroughly spent, Mary consisted of standing and talking for 7 mins about the loss of our F3 brother Ready_Mix, and how fragile it all is; because, well, there was no one else there to say otherwise.
