This beatdown was epic.  You really missed a good one.

Warm-O-Rama:

Get your cinders ready.  One lap around the parking lot with butt kickers & high knees, followed by SSH, windmills, weedpickers, Imperial walkers, and arm circles.

Cinder Relay:

Make three-man teams, every PAX has a Cinder.  Two PAX at either end of the parking lot.  First PAX does Curls, the Second does OH presses- AMRAP.  The Third starts next to the First, rifle carries to the Second and relieves him.  The relay continues until all had two turns on each end.

Rinse & Repeat with BO Rows & Skull Crushers.

R&R with Cinder American Hammers & Thrusters.

Lots of quality mumblechatter about The Lemon Song, Jeeps, and cinders.

Bataan Death March:

Leave the cinders behind (for now) & mosey to the FOD.  Line up near fence & run around the field.  Last PAX drops, does 5 burpees, & sprints to the front of the line, tapping the new last PAX on the shoulder as he passes.  The cycle continues.  Broke into two lines about halfway through.

Some were running as though intoxicated.  Maybe they were.

Captain Thor:

Time for a familiar routine & some ab work.  1:4 ratio of BBSU to American Hammers, continuing with 2:8, 3:12, etc.  The math got real hard.

More solid chatter on dating, alimony, and the guy/girl ratio at Ga Tech.  YHC reminded all PAX of the formula for determining age cutoffs for dating- 1/2 * (your age) + 7.  “No, but it works!  Well, to be clear, it doesn’t work for getting dates.  But it does help rationalize some of the losses.”

Mosey back to the flag picking up cinders on the way.  Someone let Millertime call Blockees, it’s all kinda fuzzy after that.
