Preamble:

Zuckerberg was told the previous day, ver batim that if he did not show up for his Q, he would get renamed. He failed to wake up on time so everyone in attendance decided to spend the entire beat down figuring out what his new name would be.

Warm-O-Rama:

Standard warm up.

The Thang:

Lightweight took the Q. Even though injured himself, he showed up and barked orders of what we were to do.

We did a circuit of exercises (Merkins, side straddle hops, V-ups, etc), and then ran a partial lap around the parking lot.

Rinse and repeat.

So, the group had some stellar names, but ultimately we chose to rename Zuckerberg to Snorlax.
