Rucking in the rain

YHC showed up for pre run alone, until about half way through Saasy MoM showed up so pivoted to a pre ruck.

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm up.

The Thang:

PAX rucked for the entire duration with a stress on a good hard pace.

Prayers were had.

Good fellowship and discussion happened after the workout.
