Preamble:

A plethora (7) of PAX showed up for pre run and ruck. The most that the Firehouse has seen since YHC joined the crew.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around a short loop and back to the flag.

The Thang:

Standard You v. You set up. 6 stations in the loop, each station was Merkins, Squats and WW2 sit ups (ten each).

Every PAX that participated for the second time (excluding the injured Lightweight) increased their results!

COT:

YHC took the MOC, and provided the Rotary 4-way test:

1) Is it the truth?

2) Is it fair to all concerned?

3) Will it build good will and better friendships?

4) Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

No one had any prayers or announcements.
