Preamble:

GM had the cinders so I had him leave his truck at the football field. Picked him up and headed to the flag to meet waiting PAX.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over to the parking lot by the field for:

  • SSH
  • Weedpickers
  • Hillbillies
  • Windmills
  • Arm circles

The Thang:

Head over to the truck to pick up a cinder and mosey to the football field. Line up along the goal line. As soon as I said the word murderbunny, the mumblechatter began – “I hate these”, “Oh my back”, “I’m going to modify”, “Son of a B*%^h”. I knew I was on to something good. Carry on.

  • Murderbunny with the cinder and every 10 yards do 2 man-makers (burpee with the cinder). All the way to the other goal line and American Hammers for the six.
  • Overhead carry the cinder back, stopping every 10 yards for 5 big boys with an overhead press (all with the cinder). All the way to the other goal line and American Hammers for the six.
  • Murderbunny back down stopping every 10 yards and doing 3 merkins on the cinder. All the way to the goal line and Crunchy Frogs for the six.
  • Overhead carry the cinder stopping every 10 yards to do 10 curls. This got interesting fast. Lots of mumblechatter at about 30-40 curls (including myself) and quickly realized that making it to 100 would be impossible. Being the attentive Q that I am, I modified at the 50 yard line to only do 5 curls every 10 yards. Crunch Frogs at the goal line for the 6.
  • Overhead carry the cinder every 10 yards stopping to do 3 squats still holding the cinder over head. Stopping at the 50.

Mosey back over the truck to return the cinders.

After returning the cinders we mosey’d back to the flag, stopping at every speed bump for 10x merkins. A couple rounds of Mary at the flag to kill the last 2-3 minutes and time was called.
