Thought it was going to be easy

Preamble:

First time Q’ing with the help of FannyPack.  Thought I’d do something easy…I was wrong.

Warm-O-Rama:

FannyPack gave a vicarious disclaimer & led a mosey around the parking lot with high knees, butt kickers, and ‘karaoke’s’ left & right.  

Headed out to the big field and circled up for:

SSH

Weedpickers

Windmills

Imperial walkers

Arm circles, Missy Elliot style

COVID ‘self care’

Handed the reigns back to the Q.

The Thang:

Line up at mid field

10 burpees

20 squats

30 lbc’s

Sprint towards one end of the field and mosey back to the middle

Rinse and repeat until the end
