- Overhead carry the cinder back, stopping every 10 yards for 3 merkins. All the way to the other goal line and abs at the goal line for the 6.
- 50 yard hard run, rest, 50 yard hard run back
- Murderbunny back down stopping every 20 yards and doing 5 merkins on the cinder. All the way to the goal line and abs for the 6.
- Overhead carry the cinder stopping every 10 yards to do 5 squats. abs at the goal line for the 6.
- Overhead carry the cinder stopping every 10 yards to do 5 curls. abs at the goal line for the 6.
- 100 yards of murder bunny back to the original goal line
