The old saying when the team is down going into the 9th inning is “all we need is a bloop and a blast to get right back in this thing….”

Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed up to the warm up parking lot. SSH, weed pickers, and forward and backward arm circles. Mosey over to the pavilion for the first bloop.

The Thang:

Mercans: (15-25) close grip, (15-25) wide grip, (15-25) regular

FMs in between waiting for next exercise

Dips: 75

Imperial walkers in between waiting for 6

Mosey to turf field

3 sets: 10 yrd duck walk, 20 squats, 20 yrd walking lunges

6s: 6- 20 yrd sprints, 6-40 yrd sprints, 6-100 yrd sprints

OT: 1-100 yrd sprint
