Classic Inspiration

Preamble:

4 pre-runners kicked it off early and Snowman was grumpy because the PAX weren’t exhibiting enough cheer to meet his gloom standards this morning.

Warm-O-Rama:

Capri lap for Inseam then head to the day care place for SSH, copperhead squat, and Moroccan nightclub IC.  Crab Cake shows up and we polish it off with a proper round of bat wings with chinooks which immediately woke-up the PAX,

The Thang:

YHC decided at about 5:28 am that we’d just stick with some F3 classics.  When in doubt, keep it simple and stick with the basics.  We also had a nice playlist consisting of only 70’s hard rock classics to boot.

THANG 1:

Partner B.L.I.M.P.S.

5 burpees, 10 lunges (alpha), 15 imperial walkers (alpha), 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats.  Each partner wheel barrows 10 paces in between each set.  Finish the round and then repeat in reverse going back down the ladder.

THANG 2:

F3 Baseball

The field by the playground was locked so we made due on the grass behind where all the dicks were spray painted back in the winter.

Home base (timer) – 5 wolverines

1st base – LBCs (AMRAP)

2nd base – merkins (AMRAP)

3rd base – star jumps (AMRAP)

lunge walk to the next base when home plate team is finished with wolverines.

THANG 3:

4 corners

Corner 1 – 10 merkins

Corner 2 – 20 crunchy frogs

Corner 3 – 20 reverse LBC

Corner 4 – 10 burpees

butt kickers in between long corners, high knees in between wide corners

YHC decided to forego mary today so we gathered by the flag for 3 straight minutes of circle burps until time.

COT:

Prayers for Napalm’s neighbor who is a recent widower and seems to be isolating himself.  T-Claps to Napalm for trying to make contact with him to show him some brotherly love and concern.

According to Snowman, Napalm is the only person who does crunchy frogs like a real man.
