There is only one……. S-T-U

Preamble:

Honor to lead on the hallowed grounds of Milton/Northwestern.
The plan was to spend the entire BD in the stadium which was completely locked down…..so Plan B

Warm-O-Rama:

A dry mosey around the school to the football building parking lot. Weather trivia answer was that 7AM, according the forecast, was the only hour of the day that the chance of rain(%) was more than the forecasted temperature (degrees). So much for weather forecasts

A few motivators and weedpickers. A demonstration that yes the gates were completely locked down

The Thang:

Started with a couple of pyramids of Gronks and Mary-Katherines and some sprinting with alternating carrying of a rucksack.

Mosey over to the middle school track with some burpees and merkins with some sprints mixed in

Then my second attempt of slow motion-fast forward. It went better this time without HaHa heckling the Q. Merkins, lunges, V-ups in slo-motion with fast forward sprints in between.

Then back to the flag for a few Gronks
