Preamble:

Been a while since we have used the fields for a beat down, so decided to mosey on over.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick warmup:

  • 10x Toy Soldiers
  • 10x Weed Pickers
  • 10x Copperhead Squats

The Thang:

Three round of the following:

  1. Complete 25 reps of Exercise 1
  2. Run to the second tree (approx 20 yards)
  3. Complete 10 reps of Exercise 2
  4. Run back to starting line
  5. Complete 25 reps of Exercise 1
  6. Run to the fourth tree (approx 40 yards)
  7. Complete 20 reps of Exercise 2
  8. Run back to the starting line
  9. Complete 25 reps of Exercise 1
  10. Run to the end of the field
  11. Complete 40 reps of Exercise 2
  12. Run back to the starting line
  13. Complete 25 reps of Exercise 1

Round 1 – Exercise 1: Squats, Exercise 2: Merkins

Round 2 – Exercise 1: Lunges, Exercise 2: No Surrenders

Round 3 – Exercise 1: LBCs, Exercise 2: Mtn Climbers

Upon completion of the third round, we returned to the flag (hey, where’s the flag) for a quick Circle of Doom.
