Preamble:
While many of the PAX where enjoying a weejen long run at BRR. Snowman and I kept the doirs open at The Storm
Warm-O-Rama:
- Pre Run for 20 minutes to warm up. Circled through the apartments and back.
The Thang:
- Ruck and conversation. 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back. Bored Snowman with my family drama venting. Gotta love your inlaws.
