Spiders, hills, and bears… oh my

Preamble:

This is Hoppylike, we run. Saw the opening on the Q sheets and decided to grab it and do some recon on how bad the spiders have gotten on the Greenway. Also, wanted to run the Grandfather Mountain of East Alpharetta.

Warm-O-Rama:

Do we really need to stretch and warm up to run 5 miles? Nah! We don’t even need water!

The Thang:

Out of Avalon down to the Greenway and south to Kimball Bridge. Up the hill all the way to Westside and Westside back to Avalon. A little over 5 miles and some good running, spider dodging (or hitting if you’re Lefty), and Conversation.

COT:

Prayers for conversations Lumbergh is having today and prayers for our buddy Pumba.
