Hoppy Frog game:

All PAX went into 2 different teams, everyone has their own cone. Each PAX, in order, performs

Finish all 3 x 3 exercises, take 3 Frog jumps forward

When you get your marker across the finish line, go back and help a teammate

First team with everyone across the finish line wins

Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes Game:

1 cone, 2-3 PAX

Touch what is called, until “cone” is called. then grab cone

Loser runs down steps and up hill, winner stays for another round

F3 Quiz:

Pair up

Each PAX gets a heavy rock: Curls, then Military Press, then Skull Crushes

Ask a pair an F3 trivia question

Get it right, go to the back,

Get it wrong, drop the rock and run the rings.
