Preamble:

YHC committed a few weeks ago to leading the workout at the Bound. I am honored by the opportunity to lead these men. Had some good conversations during the pre-ruck with a couple of the Bound guys about choosing your hard.

Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard.
Obesity is hard. Being fit is hard. Choose your hard.
Being in debt is hard. Being financially disciplined is hard. Choose your hard.
Communication is hard. Not communicating is hard. Choose your hard. Addiction is hard. Getting and Staying sober is hard. Choose your hard.

I am so glad that I had the privilege to lead these guys this morning. Everyone pushed themselves beyond their comfort zone.

Thang 2 – ALARM 1: 25 Carolina Dry docks, 25 Monkey Humpers, 25 BBSU’s, Sprint up the hill (made sure to encourage the men to push it here) mosey back, 25 Merkins, Air Chair or plank while waiting for the six.

ALARM 2: 25 Shoulder  Taps AC, 25 Lunges, 25 LBC, Sprint up the hill mosey back, 25 Merkins, Air Chair or plank while waiting for the six.

ALARM 3: 25 Burpees, 25 Jump Squats, 25 Flutter Kicks, Run to the other end, 25 Merkins, Air Chair or plank while waiting for the six.

ALARM 4: 20 Carolina Dry docks, 20 Fire Hydrants, 20 WWII’s, Sprint up the hill mosey back, 20 Merkins, Air Chair or plank while waiting for the six.

ALARM 2: 10 Nolan Ryan AC, 20 Apollo Ono, 20 Reverse LBCs Sprint up the hill mosey back, 20 Merkins, Air Chair or plank while waiting for the six.

Thang 3

Johnny Dramas (Calf raises) – 20 regular, 20 toes out, 20 toes in.

Mary – Several exercises called don’t remember all of them.

COT:

Prayers for several men entering transition phase of NLB, Several health concerns mentioned.

Moment of silence

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Thoroughly enjoyed my morning to lead these men. Each of them has his own story each of them is trying to better himself. It was a genuine honor to suffer alongside them for a few moments this morning.
