Preamble:
Started with a pre ruck though only a few people showed up
Warm-O-Rama:
short mozie
15 side straddle hops

The Thang:
We had 2 big cinder blockswith robes on them so one person would carry them at their sides after calling an exercise and a count. Everyone who didnt have the cinderblocks would do the exercise until everyone was done then they would run to the person with the blocks and someone would trade off.
