- 400m jog
The Thang:
Equipment: 30 cinders
Run to the pile of cinders. Move the pile 200M and build a wall. Do some exercises. Move the wall another 200m. Do some work. Rinse, repeat.
- Wall #1: 10 Mercans, 10 dips, 10 LBC
- Wall #2: 10 Thrusters, 10 American hammers, plank 60 second
- Wall #3: 10 lateral burpees over the wall, 10 cinder swings, 10 big boys
- Wall #4: 10 overhead press, crab walk around the wall, 10 straight leg deadlift
- Wall #5:. 10 Burpee broad jump over wall, bear crawl around wall
- Load cinders back in the truck
