Preamble:
Cumming Ciry Center has an outdoor auditorium. I figured we should make use of it.
Warm-O-Rama:
No freaking side-straddle-hop.
- During Mountain poppers, a PAX, who will remain nameless had to poop; so I guess they were effective. Good thing there are still port-o-johns near by.
The Thang:
We bare crawled backwards up the amphitheater stopping to do ten merkins at each step.
At the top of the stairs we did 25 squats.
Then, we did it again facing right, so the left hand/foot went up the stairs first. Then facing left.
After that we did some burpee bounding up the stairs.
We ran back to the flag and finished with some Marry.
COT:
We have PAX who are single parents for the week, others dealing with aging and sick parents and of course all our own issues. We prayed for them all.
