Preamble:
14 PAX traded their guns and hostility for sweat and fellowship at Big Creek this morning. @Swiper was early, @Snowman’s hair was radiant, and @Hushpuppy perfected his iPhone picture skills. Today was a good day…
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick capri lap to wait for Baskins to plant the flag in is genuine Zubaz pants and then circle up for some SSH, weed pickers, willie mays hays, sun gods, and Michael Phelps.
The Thang:
Merkin mile up to the maintenance area stopping every .10 miles for 10 merkins until we got the mile in and 100 merkins total.
Couple rounds of 4 corners in the lot by the tennis courts. Snowman astutely observed we were moving in a clockwise direction.
Rd. 1:
- 5 jump squats, 10 burpees, 15 LBC, 20 star jumps
- stay facing the same direction between all corners and run, karaoke, nur in between corners
Rd. 2 (in reverse):
- 20 merkins, 15 crunchy frog, 10 burpees, 5 wolverines
A little bit of time to kill so we broke into 2 columns for a quick round of bataan death march. Next head down the hill for another quick round of circle burps. Back to the flag with just enough time for 5 burpees OYO from each PAX.

Prayers for Snowman’s son at his golf tourney, Benny’s mentee facing some tough life circumstances, Swiper’s M’s virtual assistant with a sad prognosis, Soul Glo’s week of exams, Baskin’s mentor’s daughter, and huge praise for Hammer’s new job.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
It’s now clear that the reason Napalm has shunned SSH is because they’ve become too corporate mainstream and woke. From heretofore, SSH shall be categorized with Starbucks.
