The Thang:

After depositing coupons at FOD hill, we moseyed to the OG warm up spot between the baseball fields for a quick warmup and on to the playground.

Two rounds of Max pull ups with 3 pax at a time while everyone else did squats.

Mosey to the concession stand for an explanation of the circuit and one time thru together for memory.

30 SEcond BTTW
25 Pike pushups
25 Dips
Mosey to the coupons
25 curls – backwards run to top of hill, 5 Big Boys
25 shoulder press – backwards run, 5 Big Boys
25 Rows – Backwards run, 5 Big Boys
5 burpees at home base
run a lap around the perimeter of the field and back to start.

Rinse and Repeat.  Most of us made it thru a few rounds before time was up.

COT:

Interesting in that we had a random man jump into the COT (Beekus?) – He seems very interested in being a part of our group so we will see come next week.

Prayers for the many thousands in Turkey and Syria

We took 30 seconds to practice gratitude in lieu of closing prayer.  The science shows that people who have this habit are happier and have more lasting positive emotions.  It’s impossible to dwell on negative thoughts when you are focusing on gratitude.
