Cinder 11s

Preamble:

YHC may have got a bit overzealous nabbing the Q for our brother Morphine, but Morphine graciously agreed to take Friday instead. Missed you this morning.

Arrived early to the AO to place some cones, then waited to see who else would show up. Started to think it might be a solo BD, but our site Q rolled in at 0529, followed by Trebek. Two more followed.

Warm-O-Rama:

Run with cinder to the main intersection. Circle up for:

• SSH (15?)
• Weedpicker x 15
• Hillbilly x 15
• Michael Phelps OYO

Mosey to Zohan’s car to get a coupon for anyone who didn’t bring one. Other PAX hold cinder overhead while we wait

The Thang:

We moseyed to the bottom of the hill by the playgrounds. Two cones were set up along the hill, one for the blockee point and one for the turnaround point. For a demonstration, we did 2 blockees at the blockee cone on the way in.

11s, set 1- Thrusters at the bottom, flutter kicks (cinder elevated) at the top. Stop for 2 blockees at the blockee cone each way.

11s, set 2- Curls at the bottom, bent over rows at the top. Only pay the blockee tax on the way up.

With time low, we moseyed back to the flag. Hold high plank until everyone is in, then move to low plank for 1 min.

Close out with LBC and Dolly.
