3 people showed up for a pre run/ruck
Warm-O-Rama:
Long run down to the first level parking lot and did just a standard warmup
The Thang:
Pairs of 2, Had about 20 sections of parking lot around 20 feet long. On their own groups would run to one, do 1 burpee, run back and also do 1 burpee, run to the next section and do 2, run back and do 2, so on and so forth.
