Preamble:
Warm day, wet weather, vacation week.
Warm-O-Rama:
After a quick warm up of side-straddle hops and weed pickers, we moved over to the hill of difficulty for sets of 10 burpees, run and down the hill until we all hit 100 burpees.
The Thang:
Moving over to the track cones were set up with two stations of 20x mercans, a station of 20x V-Ups, and a station with 20x gas pumpers. Alternating sprint and lunge to get get to the next station. Once completed a run back to the start point with 5x slam ball throws to complete a lap. It was an individual task, at your own pace in a you vs you style.
COT:
Prayer requests for a young child about to have heart surgery, Wife of F3 Nirvana member and new F3 member’s Dad.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
One FNG attended and shared stories about college, family and chasing sheep. After a little discussion the name Mutton was given.
