7 Year Manniversary

Preamble:

Called out a few men to post for my 7 year manniversary which had some results (Isner) and Badapple friend of the program SprocketMan.

The Thang:

We grabbed coupons and advanced to FOD where a board was waiting.  It was super creative spelling out SEVEN YEARS with exercises corresponding to the letters.  Having three E’s is not ideal but we worked it out.  This was an escalator with laps in between.  After we finished SEVEN and Started YEARS, it got harder.  Yurpee’s bring out the b*itching which is a good sign of work being done.  Devito declared his love for the Burpee but disdain for the Yurpee.  The next round was Yurpee’s and then an Excruciating Rifle carry to the 3rd base line corner.  In the interest of time and nothing to do with lack of sleep or headache from the 2nd F Braves game last night, The Q called an audible to skip the Yurpee and rifle carry and finish the Alternating Shoulder taps, Rows and Squats.

That was time.

Praise for NoSeeUm’s persistence in getting me to finally post May 11 of 2016.  It was purely guilt that finally got me out that fine day.  Little did I know it would start a cascade of life changes that has completely transformed my relationships, my service to others, my fitness and my happiness.
