Preamble:
Been a while, so YHC called out to bring big cinders. I think they’ve somehow all disappeared though…
Warm-O-Rama:
Carried cinders to the close lot and did some of the following:
weedpickers
toy soldiers
SSH
michael Phelps
The Thang:
Partner up, and those partner 1 will meander down to the end of the lot while partner 2 does exercises. Each partner will do 2 rounds of each meandering.
partner 1: bear crawl down and back
p2: 5 curls and 5 OHP (10 reps for the small cinder)
then flip,
Partner 1: lunge down and back
p2: 5 rows and 5 squats
partner 1: broad jump down and back
partner 2: thrusters and merkins
p1: Bernie sanders down and back
p2: RDL and skull crushers
headed back to the flag and finished with some captain Thor.
