The Big Balls and Girlfriends

Preamble:

Orvis threw out a call for help.  He was traveling and could not Q so it was time to break out the new “toy”.

Have you ever had someone you know say “hey, do you want a couple of bowling balls for free?”  Yeah, me neither. Until last week.  A buddy was clearing out his garage and he had some used bowling balls he was throwing out. Much to my wife’s dismay I brought them home. Have you ever chained together two bowling balls? Yeah, me neither. Until this week.  A trip to The Orange Store for some chain and some lag eye bolts and boom. Done. Have you ever worked out with two bowling balls chained together?  Yeah, me neither.

Let’s go.

Warm-O-Rama:

A lap around the pine island in front of the pavilion and we circled up back in front of the pavilion for:

• SSH
• Weed Pickers
• Imperial Walkers

Then I asked who has big balls and everyone pointed at Pepper. So I open the trunk to reveal the Big Balls and handed them to Pepper.

The Thang:

Partner up. Musical Dora. PAX 1 runs to the bottom of the hill my the miracle league field and back while PAX 2 does the exercise. When PAX 1 returns flapjack and continue.

Oh yeah, the Girlfriends came along with the Big Balls! After you run the loop the partners with the Big Balls can trade with anyone in the circle so everyone gets to hold the Big Balls!

Finished up right on time.
